Personal Data Processing Disclosure Text (KVKK)
1. Data Controller
CAPPADOCIA CAVE RESORT HOTELS – EKİN REKLAMCILIK VE TURİZM LTD. ŞTİ. (the "Company") processes personal data as a data controller pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). Registered office: Hobyar Mah. Mimar Vedat Sk. No:7/1, Fatih / İstanbul. Hotel address: Tekelli Mahallesi, Göreme Caddesi, Divanlı Sokak No:83, 50240 Uçhisar / Nevşehir, Türkiye.
2. Personal Data Processed
We may process guests' identity data (name, surname, national ID/passport number), contact data (phone, e-mail, address), accommodation and reservation data, payment and invoicing data, vehicle plate information, request and complaint records, and other data required by law.
In accordance with the Identity Notification Law No. 1774, all guest identity records are reported to the competent law-enforcement systems.
3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed for planning and delivering reservation and accommodation services, payment and invoicing, compliance with legal obligations (identity notification, tax and accounting), guest relations and concierge services, handling requests and complaints, information security, and other purposes prescribed by law.
4. Collection Method and Legal Basis
Personal data is collected via our website, booking engine (HotelRunner), phone, e-mail, WhatsApp and in-person interactions, based on the legal grounds of performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interests under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
5. Data Transfers
Personal data may be shared with our booking infrastructure provider HotelRunner Bilgi Teknolojileri Ticaret A.Ş., competent public authorities, banks/payment institutions, e-invoice service providers and business partners, solely for the purposes above and to the extent permitted by law.
6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about such processing, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom data is transferred, to request correction, deletion or destruction of data, to request notification of such actions to third parties, to object to adverse results arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for unlawful processing.
Requests may be submitted to the Company in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP). Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
