During reservation and stay we process identity, contact and payment data; through our website we may process visitor statistics (IP address, browser type, pages visited). Payments are processed via HotelRunner infrastructure with 256-bit SSL encryption; card details are not stored by us.

3. Use and Sharing

Information is used solely to deliver accommodation services, meet legal obligations and, with your explicit consent, to send notifications. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Security and Retention

Personal data is protected by technical and administrative measures, retained for the periods prescribed by law, and then erased, destroyed or anonymised.
